An immersive cloud filled pop-up for Napapijri

Napapijri Superlight Skidoo

Inspired by Napapijri’s ‘Superlight Skidoo’ jacket, StudioXAG created a concept area in the brand’s Paris St Germain store.

Napapijri x StudioXAG: Superlight Skidoo Launch

The Superlight Skidoo is specially engineered to be lightweight. With this in mind we designed an interior in which consumers entered a ‘cloud space’ wrapped in cloud prints and reflective mirror, demonstrating a sense of weightlessness. People were encouraged to try on the jacket and take a ‘super light selfie’ floating in the firmament.

Skyline and cloud printed semi-transparent curtains wrapped around the perimeter walls, giving an ethereal essence to the space. ‘Superlight Skidoo’ neon letters glow softly through the draping.

Bespoke metal rails and transparent acrylic plinths were placed around the space to display product, whilst a suspended lightbox detailed the product benefits beneath a deconstructed jacket.

In the portrait window, a Skidoo jacket floats above a skyline, attached to a mechanised acrylic ‘balloon’ bobbing about in the space. In its neighbouring window, a block-out graphics reveal cut-outs that allow pedestrians to peek into the space.
