Montblanc x StudioXAG: Happy Holidays 2020

As part of a long term strategy we’ve developed with Montblanc, their windows have intelligently evolved throughout the year. Utilising a dynamic, modular system we created at the beginning of 2020, each display centres around a self-standing illuminated Montblanc emblem.

Elements of the display are interchangeable to create brand new atmospheres for subsequent product launches. The latest to drop is Happy Holidays, a window centred around gifting, which features sumptuously festive ruby red and gold toned ribbons which weave in and out of the modular drum, echoing the emblem shape in an abstract flowing form.

Selected key boutiques including Paris Champs-Elysees and The Dubai Mall received a bespoke treatment. A seamless mixture of two and three-dimensional ribbons cascade across the facade of the boutiques, wrapping them in an eye-catching shimmer. The ribbons are punctuated with Emblem symbols and integrated backlighting for added impact.
