Karl Lagerfeld wanted a retail experience that reflected the future-facing nature of a new genderless and digitally-focused capsule collection. Our strategy was to integrate digital elements with purpose, to deliver an immersive and interactive pop-up that wowed Gen Z consumers.
To launch Napapijiri in the UK, we combined digital experiences with tactile interiors to create a space that physically embodied the brand campaign. A partnership with local underground heroes helped deepen community ties while significantly increasing brand awareness and sales.
