Solution
Working very closely with the team at SKIMS and from their design concept, we reimagined the basement floor and eight-metre window as an extension of the SKIMS world. The window became a striking first moment, with a regimented line of mannequins set against a bold backdrop to showcase the products full tonal spectrum.
Inside, high-gloss surfaces, rounded edges and signature tones created a calm, continuous environment. Core categories were presented with clean flows of colour, allowing guests to navigate the offer instinctively.
Function sat at the heart of the design. Bespoke under-counter drawers, engineered to the exact product box size, placed stock directly beneath each display to streamline self-service. Clear, minimal POS delivered essential education on fit and support levels without visual noise.
The result was a precise, cohesive and instantly recognisable SKIMS experience that felt completely at home within one of Florence’s most influential retail destinations.
