StudioXAG have completed the interior design for our first ever residential project, for none other than our two fabulous founders Xavier + Gemma!
We worked in collaboration with architecture practice Fraher & Findlay and garden designer Miria Harris to completely overhaul the terraced house in Hackney.
A warm, textural space which masterfully blends the old and new – Tsubo House features a tiny, Japanese inspired courtyard which connects the existing and new sections of the house and acts as a light-filled decompression space.
We’ve been so pleased to see that the industry loves the house as much as we do. The project has received a tonne of press including an article in The Sunday Times, Dezeen, Design Anthology (see below) and even got a shoutout on Bobby from Queer Eye’s insta (the post has over 73,000 likes at time of writing!)
