Updates B Corp: Turning Values Into Action

With our B Corp re-certification complete, we reflect on how sustainability continues to guide how we work and what comes next.

As we step into 2026, we’re starting the year with clarity and intent.

Re-certifying as a B Corp gave us space to reflect on what that commitment really asks of us. Not just meeting rigorous standards across governance, people, community and environmental impact, but operating with transparency, accountability and intent as the business grows.

It’s a reminder that sustainability isn’t an initiative or a moment in time. It’s part of how decisions are made, how responsibility is shared, and how we create value for people, planet and profit. As the B Corp community enters its next decade, we’re ready to keep raising the bar and turning those values into action as we move forward.

Why we became a B Corp

Back in 2020, we were already making conscious choices, reducing waste, measuring our carbon footprint, supporting local schools and charities, and planting trees long before “net zero” became the buzzword it is today. But we wanted something more.

A framework. A benchmark. A way to hold ourselves accountable and to keep pushing forward, and B Corp gave us exactly that, a structure for continuous improvement, a community of like-minded partners, and a reminder that good intentions mean more when they’re backed by action. It also helped us find others who shared our values, from suppliers to clients, creating a ripple effect that’s still growing today.

Building better from the inside out

Re-certification gave us the opportunity to examine how the business is structured and how decisions are made day to day, turning commitments that once lived in culture or instinct into policies, processes and legal foundations that guide ou business over time.

Since certification, we have:

  • Introduced profit sharing, ensuring every team member benefits from our collective success.
  • Committed to net zero, with ongoing carbon reduction and offsetting measures.
  • Increased transparency, sharing monthly financial updates and progress across the business.
  • Expanded employee benefits, including more leave, improved parental support, and flexible working.
  • Partnered with causes we believe in, from Choose Love to Shelter.
  • Launched XAGzero, our sustainability measurement platform.

This is not a finished picture, but an evolving way of working that continues to shape how we build and deliver our work.

“We work in an inherently wasteful industry. For us, sustainability isn’t optional, it’s essential. We’ve always felt it’s our responsibility to lead by example.”
Daniel Wigham, Associate Director of Strategy + Sustainability
Looking ahead

Recertification isn’t the finish line, it’s the next checkpoint.

B Lab’s new standards are raising the bar for everyone, and we’re ready for it and over the next three years, we’ll be doubling down on community impact through volunteering, long-term charity partnerships and pro bono creative work that amplifies good causes.

We’ve also cemented our sustainability strategies, embedding it deeper into how we design, build and produce, always looking for smarter, more responsible ways to bring big ideas to life. You can read more on that here.

Why it matters

More clients want to collaborate because they see our values reflected in theirs, and more people want to work here because they want to make meaningful impact through creativity, and perhaps most importantly, it’s created a culture of accountability, curiosity and care.

Because yes, we make things, bold, beautiful, brand experiences. But more than that, we’re committing ourselves to be accountable for our people and the planet.

Here’s to the next 10 years of B Corp.
More action. More impact. More doing business the right way.

If sustainability matters as much as impact, we’d love to talk.
